GIVEAWAY: Total Wellness Challenge

If you’ve fallen off the New Year’s resolution wagon, you’re not alone. Luckily, a local wellness coach is launching a challenge to help you get back on that wagon.

The Total Wellness Challenge is a 30-day online wellness game that helps you develop and maintain healthy habits and overall well-being. Ginny Wright, a certified wellness coach and the owner of outdoor fitness company, Body by Ginny, is the expert behind this healthy living initiative.


Registration opened yesterday, and I’m thrilled to offer you the chance to participate in the challenge by giving away the following prize to one lucky reader: FREE registration (a $39 value) and a fitness class or training session with Body by Ginny! After registering for the TWC, participants get access to exclusive food lists, weekly meal plans, recipes, exercise ideas and home workouts! Throughout the challenge, participants support each other as they work to reach their fitness goals.

Participants earn points in three categories of wellness (nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle) by following the challenge guidelines. The object of the game is to earn as many points as possible each day, and you post these points in a members-only forum to track your progress. You can also post daily reflections (which earns a lifestyle point) to share your successes with others and receive support and encouragement from fellow participants.

The challenge is a fun and easy way to track your health, learn and build positive lifelong habits, and be held accountable for your wellness goals.

Ginny explains that this is a great way to dive into living a healthier lifestyle. “Lots of experts tell us that we should eat healthier and exercise every day, but few of us know where to start,” she says. “The TWC holds us accountable. As we check in daily to track our points, we begin to pay close attention to everything we eat and drink. We learn to plan when and how we’ll earn our fitness points. We also learn a different lifestyle practice each of the four weeks, which teaches mindfulness and reduces stress.”

The 30-day Total Wellness Challenge kicks off on February 22nd, so be sure to register before then!

    I’d love to join TWC because I want to amplify my clean eating habits. I have trouble with “cheating” because i get bored of the same combinations of healthy foods, so the approved recipes list could be inspiring! I also think the lifestyle incentives for reflection are a great idea that I’ve never tried before!
